With a deep belief in every student’s potential, Fiona not only builds skills but also infuses each seminar with enthusiasm, laughter, and a sense of accomplishment. Her classes are as much about fun as they are about learning, helping students discover their inner fibre artist. With over 20 years of experience and a passion for all things yarn, Fiona is now bringing her vibrant energy and creative spirit to new classes, workshops, and retreats.
A knitwear pattern designer specializing in Canadian inspired designs, Fiona has been creating unique patterns for over a decade. You can find her designs at Fiona Stevenson Designs on Ravelry.
With a passion for connecting members of the fibre community together – Fiona is President of the Ontario East Fibre Community with its signature event the Ontario East Fibre Fest, Founder of the Sheepover Retreats, and organizer of the Rideau Lakes Stitch Social (sponsored by Rideau Lakes Township through the Newboro CEC).
