Each 6-week ($90), meeting once per week. Series runs only if minimum enrolment is reached by the registration deadline.

New students: $72 introductory rate

Tuesdays
5:15 PM — Vibrant Life: Hatha Yoga
6:30 PM — Yin Yoga
All classes are all-levels and accessible.
Must be able to get up and down off the floor.
Drop-ins are welcome when space allows.
Drop-in rate: $20
Please arrive early to complete a waiver if you’re new.
Practical notes
• Yoga props provided (blocks, bolsters, straps)
