CoffeeTalk with Commissioner Carolyn Cooper

On Thursday, October 17; 8 am at the Winter Park Welcome Center,there will be another installment of CoffeeTalk. These talks provide citizens with the opportunity to talk to City of Winter Park leaders in a more causal, informal environment.

The meeting is open to the public. Coffee will be provided courtesy of Palmano\’s Café, Coffee and Wine Bar.
