Women\’s S.A.F.E Classes

Keep safe with us on Thursday, July 17 from 6-7pm at the Winter Park Police Department. \”S.A.F.E.\” (an acronym for Self-defense Awareness & Familiarization Exchange) is a FREE unparalleled 2-hour educational awareness, crime-victim prevention program designed by the National Self-Defense Institute. This program encompasses Strategies, Techniques, Options, and Prevention – that provides teenaged & adult women with information that may reduce their risk of exposure to violence and introduces them to the basic physical aspects of self-defense.
