On Friday November 25, 2011 at 6pm the Annual Festival of Lights takes place at the Crystal Palace in the Tay Basin. The evening’s activities will feature a bonfire, the mass lighting of the community Christmas Trees in the Crystal Palace, and a fireworks display over the Basin.
