It invites us to slow down and connect with Nature through all of our senses. Forest Bathing Walks are gentle, guided experiences that cultivate mindfulness, presence, and deep relaxation in the natural world.<\/p>\n<p>These gentle, guided walks offer simple invitations to unplug, relax, and let the forest soothe your mind, nourish your body, and rejuvenate your soul.
