Award-winning Montreal<\/strong>-based kora player<\/strong> and singer-songwriter (2024 CFMA Global Album of the Year) Sophie Lukacs<\/a><\/strong> brings her music to The Cove Inn Thursday, September 10th, 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Playing a mix of folk, singer-songwriter and West African blues music, she will be performing as a duo with percussionist Noel Mpiaza! In 2026 she is releasing a new album and touring internationally, including dates at the French Institute in Senegal, performances in Vienna and Paris, and shows at The Jazz Cafe in London and the Tung Auditorium in Liverpool!<\/p>\n
