Fusion workouts are an efficient non-impact way to build strength, muscle definition, endurance, flexibility, balance and overall mind-body health! It is a total-body conditioning workout which blends Pilates, yoga, barre and fitness exercises.<\/p>\n<p>No special equipment is required! It is a great way to create yang\/yin balance of body and mind. You will be left with a sense of calmness and restoration.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"x_p2\"><i>Pilates<\/i>&nbsp;to build stronger core and better posture.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_p2\"><i>Yoga<\/i>&nbsp;to increase strength, balance, mobility and stability and mindfulness.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_p2\"><i>Barre<\/i>&nbsp;to elevate the heart rate and enhance your cardiovascular endurance.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_p2\"><i>Fitness<\/i>&nbsp;to complement yoga, Pilates and barre to achieve a strong and toned physique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm;\">$120 for the series (or $18 drop in).
