For two decades, the trees along the Tay River in picturesque Stewart Park in Perth\u2019s downtown district have attracted families and those who want to listen to good music coming from some of the most talented Canadian artists and even performers from abroad. The fact that people attend these concerts without fail every year speaks of the quality of music performed at the venue.<\/p>\n
As a way of marking the music festival\u2019s 20th anniversary, the free event\u2019s organizers have put together an impressive roster of talents, most of whom were chosen by the public as certified favorites through the festival\u2019s rich 20-year history. Heather Hansgen, the show\u2019s producer, said that all-time favorites such as Rick Fines, Suzie Vinnick, Lynn Miles, Jenny Whiteley, and a whole lot more will be at this year\u2019s festivities.<\/p>\n
In order to stay afloat, the free festival is being supported by over 100 local sponsors, making sure that 1: it stays free and 2: all the fans enjoy it.
