Keynote speaker, Kat Kavanaugh of the Water Rangers, will deliver this year&#8217;s theme: Enhancing, Restoring &amp; Exploring: Applications for Citizen Science on Your Lake.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>What is Lake Links?<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nLake Links is a one-day workshop held every October, in Perth, Ontario. It attracts citizens and scientists to share ways we can help sustain our lakes and rivers. Individuals spread across five watersheds in Eastern Ontario (and beyond) attend this day-long event to learn, network and see what\u2019s new. Each year we address the lake and river issues that matter most to our communities with expert speakers, breakout sessions, and dynamic presentations. Watersheds Canada is just one of the many organizations that make Lake Links possible. Each year we receive support from various partners across the environmental sector.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>2019 Lake Links Workshop<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\">Join us for the\u00a0<strong>18th Annual Lake Links workshop<\/strong>\u00a0to learn about the many citizen science initiatives available to you.
