Organize a team, join your friends and neighbours, or walk solo in support of Hospice Palliative Care. All monies raised go to the palliative care services provided by <em>Community Home Support Lanark County<\/em> and the <em>Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>These programs provide essential help to people and their families across Lanark County who are dealing with life-limiting and end-of-life challenges.
