A Perth 200 Signature Event. From Friday to Sunday, May 20th to 22nd, 2016, the Town of Perth will welcome Town Criers from across the province to compete in the ONTARIO TOWN CRIER CHAMPIONSHIPS<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Architecture and agriculture will be key highlights complementing a historical-based weekend when the Town of Perth hosts the Provincial Town Crier Championships in 2016. In conjunction with the Perth Farmers\u2019 Market operations, this Championship event will be held on the long weekend in May, 2016.<\/p>\n Perth\u2019s very accomplished Town Crier, Brent McLaren, will host this championship and the town expects to welcome Town Criers from across the province.<\/p>\n This is the Town of Perth’s second of three Signature Events for our 200th Anniversary Celebrations!
